With PG2501, GNT offers a turnkey solution for a 100% negative pressure (vacuum) integrity test (CCIT) of vials for serial products in the pharmaceutical industry.

PG2501 is a self-sufficient vial testing device for testing medium to large production batches of up to 35,000 pieces per shift. The throughput is – depending on the product-dependent test time – up to 4,500 pieces/h.

A dual plasma testing system is integrated to increase the throughput rate. If the plasma cannot be activated in the first test, the test is repeated on the second test unit.

The vials are transported step by step, with the cycle time always being dynamically adjusted to the required testing time (up to the product-specific adjustable timeout time).

The device contains all the components required for autonomous operation and can be integrated into a conveyor system or combined with a rotary table with minimal effort.

Formats from 2ml up to approx. 50ml can be tested with the PG2501. The adjustment takes place within a few minutes using changeable adaptors.
